This comprehensive five-day class, held from December 4-8, offers an immersive journey into the art of weaving. Participants will learn the entire process from warping the loom to completing a small weaving project, under the guidance of an esteemed master. The class, limited to 12 students, takes place in the Museum’s South Gallery, surrounded by inspiring Navajo textiles from The People’s Tapestry exhibition. With loom stands provided and tools available for loan or purchase, this is a rare opportunity to delve deep into traditional weaving practices.
